Terms of Service

By booking a session with Althman Photography, you agree to the following:

Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in a non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling is available upon request, subject to availability.

All photos are delivered digitally via an online gallery within the agreed timeframe. Althman Photography retains the right to use session photos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for their own safety during outdoor and hiking sessions. Althman Photography is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during sessions.
